Role Summary: We are looking for a Recruiter with at least 1 year of experience in handling end-to-end recruitment. This role is focused purely on recruitment activities and does not involve general HR operations or administrative responsibilities. Ideal candidates who are proactive, have excellent communication skills, and maintain confidentiality.Responsibilities:
  • Source and screen candidates through various job portals, social media, and other channels.
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews (telephonic or virtual).
  • Manage the recruitment cycle from sourcing to offer closure.
  • Maintain candidate database and provide regular updates to the management.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
